So this a very improvised dish: Tapas with tomato, goat cheese, olive oil and herbs de Provence. Quite simple, but the ingredients seem to get along super well. After taking them out of the oven, the goat cheese was slightly melted and definitely added a super creamy texture when giving it a bite. Yum! This a special plant that I bought yesterday at the botanic store. It comes from South America. And apparently it’s exactly the same type that my grandma used to have. So this is extra special! My world in one word: cactus.I really loved how my room turned more into a cozy vibe type of place. The yellow helps a lot, plus the plants definitely give it an extra touch of coziness and a very sweet atmosphere. Wish I could have a candle. It would be beyond perfect. Hello there. Just chillin’Okay so last weekend I forced myself to go out and walk around the beautiful streets of Paris. I was not in the mood for doing that because it’s been very cold recently, however I told myself I needed to take advantage of my weekend and explore a little bit. When coming back, I was about to go underground to take the metro, and I was eating a waffle, so I stopped real quick to finish enjoying the belge treat while I noticed a cute artsy hidden boutique. They had designer clothes, all of then very unique and pretty. Annnnd voilà, I found this lovely dress. I had to buy it. It’s definitely like a princess dress. And can’t wait to wear it!!!Belge waffle! Oh my, these waffles will make you mouth water. The texture is crispy on the outside and spongy on the inside. A mix of sweet, butter, yeast, salt, and chocolate of course!! Some personal notes that decorate the wall of the very well known Shakespeare café in the Latin Quarter. Can you find mine? Love pomes – Pablo Neruda, and Le Petit Prince – Antoine de Saint Exupèry. Clásicos. Mis favoritos. A very lovely and old fashioned typewriter!!! Would have enjoyed so much to sit down and type a love letter. How romantique!
I also must say that this beautiful café has a piano upstairs. They let visitors play it, so when I was there, there was this hippieish lady who was playing it very delicately and singing French songs. Beautiful to hear, and an inspiration as well. Then I told myself that a challenge for myself is to go back, sit down, and play Comptine d’un autre été de l’après midi. My favorite.
Streets of Paris. Isn’t it lovely? I was going out of the train station, when I suddenly looked down and loved the view. It looked quite symmetrical, aesthetic, empty, noir. After wandering for a couple hours near the Arc de Triumphe, I found a smoothie place. It was lovely. Quiet. Healthy. My only concern is about the staff. The guy that took my order made fun of me when I said Bonjour. I know my pronunciation is not the greatest, but I find it very rude to secretly say something to your work colleague in front of your costumer. It was definitely an uncomfortable moment. Rainy and cold day. I got lost on the streets of my beautiful Paris. Then I turned back and saw the roses. I immediately knew I had to take a picture. Behind the scenes. Lol. Im really trying my best to get this job, so I’ve been recording myself talking about nutrition and cooking. Tonight’s dinner: salmon, potatoes and asparagus. Quick mirror selfie. Whats up? I really liked my outfit. I was on my way to work at a cafe for a little while and have lunch near the Opera.Okaaaaay, so a couple of months ago I got some clay because I wanted to keep working with it and do some cute pottery. When I came back with all my pretty plants, I thought it could be really cool to do a mini pot for my cactus. It was very relaxing. All my new plants! I got inspired by the botanic place. It’s next to the RER, and I didn’t know about this place. I went to have a look, and of course I couldn’t leave without getting some plants first! Bread with tomato and cheese. Ohhh, my happiness! I was so excited when I found this swimming club near the area. It’s actually pretty cheap, modern, big, and the atmosphere is cool. The only thing that I found a little bizarre was the showering and fitting rooms… Are you really supposed to share them with both genders here? And how about the showers? Really no door or curtain? Haha omg, I literally just rinsed myself off after swimming and went back home to take a shower. Something kind os off too was that the swimming instructor asked me for my phone number and was super flirty with me. Whaaat? Why do always swimming coaches try to talk to me? Awww. This is definitely a cute picture. Love the yellow wall and how well it matches with the coffee, croissant and some of the street. It was a chill Amarillo. This is my quiche. It has ricotta cheese, spinach, petit pois, green beans.Uffff, agregar sesame seeds a esta pasta quebrada fue una idea excelente. El sabor, pero además se ve increíble, no? Qué onda ✌🏼Orange. Artsy. Natural.
